Salix Fruits continues to grow and opens a new office in Spain

The leading company in the import and export of fresh fruits announced the opening of its office in Valencia, aiming to grow in Spain as a global supplier of fresh fruit.
Martín Pedraza will lead the operations in the Iberian country.

Salix Fruits, the leading company in the import and export of fresh fruits, continues its global expansion and announces the opening of its office in Valencia, Spain.

With this landing, Salix Fruits bets on this strategic origin for the global supply of fresh fruits, in order to supply the growing demand of its markets. In this way, the company increases its presence to 8 locations in the world to be closer to its suppliers and customers.

Martín Pedraza, a specialist in Foreign Trade, will lead the Spanish team. His professional experience in product developments for the Argentine and Chilean citrus industry makes him the ideal person to expand the business and develop long-term relationships with growers in Europe, Morocco, and Egypt.

Salix partner and CFO, Daniel Calvo, trusts that this development will support the growth plan designed by the company, and expects to add another 300 containers in the next 3 years, to the current supply of 2,500 containers yearly, that the company has.
